This website and all related assets are owned and managed by Biolo Health LLC (“Biolo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Definitions

A “user” is anyone who accesses, browses, or otherwise uses this website. The terms “you” and “your” refer to users or customers of Biolo Health.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders placed Monday through Thursday after 2:00 PM PST will be processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. We recommend placing your order before your current supply runs low to ensure uninterrupted use. Due to age restrictions for website use, no information collected falls within the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has been received and processed, please allow 2–3 business days for handling and an additional 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday) for standard delivery. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion to ensure reliable tracking and the fastest possible service.

Note: Shipments to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) may require additional delivery time. Biolo is not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather, holidays, carrier issues, natural disasters, or other events outside our control (“Acts of God”). We are not responsible for packages that are lost, held, damaged, or stolen, nor for delivery issues due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, Biolo ships only within the United States, including all U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to destinations where our products are legally restricted or prohibited.

RETURNS & REFUNDS INFORMATION

At Biolo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. All claims for damaged products must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt to support@biolohealth.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
